Food has gone down but the service was great

Super fun and nice staff

The servers were overwhelmed and understaffed but did a great job tryin to keep up and be attentive to us. The food and menu was a disappointment. Roughly ten things on the menu total and over half of them were smothered in whiskey barbecue sauce.... not much to choose from and quality of the food was just barely ok.....

Ate at the bar. Great customer service and good food. Can't complain

I usually love fridays but this particular location wasnt very good... things tasted off as well as very slow service.

Always small portions good food.. friendly staff. Sundays arent busy. Clean bathrooms

Once we got seated it took 15 minutes to get greeted. Drinks took forever to come. Waiting and waiting..then they came and you could barely taste the alcohol. Meals were sub-par and the shrimp was tiny. Avoid this place if you can it's not worth the money and service is awful

Food ok , ribs pretty good but a bit expensive for type of food.

I love the appetizers and the service is super fast and friendly .I definitely suggest you bring the family.Plus there is a bar for all you drinkers and party animals out there

Was told I could not have shrimp, and still put them on my plate, got sick when I got home. They just didn't listen to what I was saying,

We sat at the bar and enjoyed steak n shrimp. Both were delicious. Only thing is, the shrimp in the menu photo shows grilled but they default to serving you the fried shrimp unless you ask for the grilled.

Great service even though bar was busy.

Appetizers where great. Food was good quality

I have to say I do not enjoy TGI Fridays. The food is ok the service is ok and the atmosphere is ok. I would not go out of my way to eat here.

All staff @TGIFs are amazing.Patient,accomodating &friendly every time we've been,no matter what time of year it is or how busy it is.

I walked in here 30 minutes to closing time looking for two orders of pasta. I was informed the kitchen was almost done cleaning up. The lovely MANAGER “Megan” stepped up and told me she would personally make the order herself and not to worry. All the employees who checked in on us in the meantime were pleasant and attentive. I recommend going here for top notch service and food! Thanks again Megan!!

Great food, great prices. I find the USA places a lot better than the UK places. Better food, better staff. UK staff are not even bothered if they serve you

The bartender was spot on. I had the sirloin and salmon. The steak was somewhat overcooked but good. The salmon was great. I always find the food is good here, and a great price. I always go back!

Good friday

I'm rating this Fridays based on my one visit. First off our server who was quite young and admitted she was new when I asked about something Fridays may have offered. Despite being new she was an exceptional server. She was informative, delightful and very sweet to my son who was being miserable as we entered the restaurant. I believe she greatly helped turn his poor attitude around and made our lunch a great experience. Thank you Allison! The food was good. The bloody Mary I ordered was well above par, spicy like I asked for, the rim was coated with spices and garnished just as I asked. The only criticism was service could have been quicker. The app came out quickly but the meal was a bit delayed, though not too badly. I do understand it is a Sunday at lunchtime and end of summer not football season so not typically a busy time. Overall my family was happy with our experience. I wish we lived nearby. We'd come again and request to have Allison as our server.

Food was not that good server told us to order something diffrent the cook was not that good at making the dish we wanted

Slightly understaffed, but the staff that was there was exceptional. Delicious burgers also

We came in for lunch,we were the only one in the restaurant and it took over an hour to get our burgers. People who walked in after us got their food faster. Was not pleased

Sat us quickly but in a very cold spot. Questioned waitress about the cold air blowing on us (it was in the 20's outside) and she stayed that the vent over us was broken and always blows cold air. We were surrounded by empty tables and asked to move which was done. It then took over 30 minutes for her to back to take our order. Food was ok. Bathrooms were clean.

The steak was aweful. Had funny smell and tasted like had freezer burn was thawed and then cooked this is one of my favorites and I was disappointed. Only reason I gave 2 stars was our waitress was awesome

We had a small problem and our server and one of the managers went above and beyond to remedy it. Exceptional customer service. Almost dumbfounded with how amazing they were!

Not really good service. They seemed impatient with us even though it was them who took an hour to bring us our food. The restaurant was practically empty so they wouldn’t be able to use being busy as an excuse. The food took really long and they didn’t even come to our table to ask if we needed a refill or something else. Lame excuses. Like the food but hate the service. Better to go to Olive Garden or Red Robin’s which is right next to them and they have better food and better service

Very friendly staff and food was good but while waiting for food to come I noticed how dirty the floor was and the dust on the chair legs it was really bad. Might suggest that the floors are. Cleaned before opening

It was awful! The forgot us, they didn't have iced tea or sparkling water, and the wait for food was extremely long!

Today at lunch time waited almost 15-25 min for a server to even ask what I wanted to drink then beer came 25-30 min later food came shortly after. Definitely shouldn’t be that long just waiting for a beer.... between Taunton Friday’s and Plymouth definitely lost a customer.

Super friendly staff, paired with great food and well crafted drinks in a comfy atmosphere you can't go wrong with TGI Fridays. I had a wonderful experience I only had drinks but they had everything I wanted, Modelo beer and Jack Daniel's Single Barrel which the bar tender happily served me and made sure I was happy and well hydrated.

Burgers are good here and at a 5.00 price with fries can't beat it

I've eaten here many times and always had a good meal, and service in the past. But I must say my recent experience was less than good. Our server was not very attentive, and the our order took a little longer than I'm used to. Though that maybe do to the fact it was Sunday evening, and it was a skeleton crew on staff. That being said the food was prepared to our liking. Also they were out of Michaelo Ultra (wich is my wife's preferred beer) so she had to order something else. Which we wondered why, but excepted. All in not the best experience we've had there. But the food is always good and we will probably go back again at a better time.

When you're here it's Friday.

Got food 15 minutes later than told. Very little food we got for take out seems it was rushed and made last minute. And the guy who waited on us was zero help and seemed really out of it.

This place never disappoints to suck. Had a less than memorable experience in 2014... and only came back, 4 years later, because co-workers suggested this place. This time I was overcharged for my drinks, food was cold wen it arrived and service was lacking to say the least. I really cant tell if this is a service issue or a restaurant culture problem but needless to say, I don't regret thinking this place needs an intervention.

Our waitress Karen was great with our kids. They're 4 and 5 and can get a bit rambunctious and she interacted with them and amused them. The food was excellent and Karen was very attentive to our needs and requests.

They make me feel so comfortable and and I go there with my disabled daughter and one of the guys wanted to go get me a straw which I forgot. He was so sweet. I didn't catch his name but wanted to thank him. He took my tickets. Had a great time.

Chicken was so rubbery I couldn’t even eat it. Broccoli was cold. I paid $14 for some potatoes. It was the only thing on my plate decent enough to consume. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be returning. My sangria was delicious.

Not my best experience but it was decent service for how little workers they had today.

This place has gone down hill quick. Not even sure how its still in buisness. Dead as a door nail on Saturday night. Bathrooms weren't too clean. Food was okay. Waitress needed to ask manager every question we had, didn't seem to knowledgeable about the menu. Most likely won't be back

Ok but they forgot some of the food that was on the menu, waiters need to learn about people with disabilities too

I was totally hesitant to eat after the dirty highchair they tried giving me, even the drink menu on the table was covered in something sticky..needless to say the baby sat on my lap and as expected the food wasn't that good... AND don't even get me started on the bathroom..the soap dispenser was literally broken off in the sink. I would never go back..the whole experience was sketchy.

I’ve never been to a restaurant with so many issues. Everything from the appetizer to the meal was really bad. The fries were bad and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad fry except in the school cafeteria. Customer service was really good though.

The waiters got all the orders wrong in their sections, not just our table. Very sad. The ribs were good at least.

Par at best. Food was alright but a bit more expensive than say red Robin for similar burgers. Most of my disappointment was the fact that I got no utencils or napkins until I was finished with my meal despite asking for them upon taking our first bites. Wouldn't of bugged me if they were busy, but I watched most of the staff just standing around waiting including my server.

Unlimited appetizers along with drinks at the bar make for a great time with friends

The price are awesome and the food their is delicious 😋
